Geraldine is an executive coach, an accomplished senior HR and change leader, and a trusted mentor. For over 20 years Geraldine has worked in leading organisations, most at CEO/C-Suite Level. She has a breadth of experience gained through a career in financial services, telecommunications, start-up & high growth technology, retail and e-commerce, in both unionised and non-unionised environments. Geraldine has also served a term as non-executive director for a non-profit disability organisation.
