Held several senior leadership roles including Head of HR for Telefonica O2 Europe, Selfridges & Co. and Cantor Fitzgerald, and Chief People Officer in the high growth technology sector. Experience of working with business steering groups, executives, and stakeholders as well as being the key client of professional services firms like Bain Consulting, BDO Eaton Square, Oliver Wyman and KPMG, for business transformation & change programmes.
Today as Company Director, accredited Executive Coach and Principal in my own consulting business, I work with companies like Capgemini, Accenture, Starbucks, AstraZeneca, Adecco Group, Beazley PLC, Aercap AV, plus many privately owned high growth SME companies.
I am motivated and I get my energy from working with professionals, leaders and women in business to help them understand the diversity of the system and organisation in which they are working and to formulate a plan for navigating that system in a way that is strategic for the organisation and for their career, while all the time working towards an inclusive, collaborative, engaging and sustainable way.
