Geraldine is an Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience as a leader in Human Resources, Talent, Transformation and Change. Geraldine was drawn quite early in her career to management. Moving into several leadership roles as Head of HR, a Chief People Officer in the high growth technology sector, to establishing her Executive Coaching & Consulting Business in 2020.

Consulting work includes collaborating with leaders and organisations, in the areas of organisation development, change, talent management, learning & development. As an Executive Coach working with C-Suite, founders, established & emerging leaders to high potential professionals and teams, the impact of her approach enables excellence, innovation, new ways of growing, learning, and developing to aligning goals & purpose including looking at what is possible through breakthrough thinking.

Geraldine believes in continuous professional development for her clients and for herself: As part of this, in 2015 Geraldine served a 3-year term as a non-executive director. Focusing then in 2019 on certifying in EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 profile, the leading valid, reliable measure for Emotional Intelligence and completing an accredited Diploma in Executive & Leadership Coaching enabling Geraldine to becoming a member of the Association for Coaching as a certified Executive Coach.
