With over two decades of experience as a seasoned HR leader, I have dedicated my career to driving talent, transformation, and change within organisations across various industries. Having held senior leadership roles, including Head of HR at Telefonica O2 Europe, Selfridges & Co., and Cantor Fitzgerald global financial services organisation, along with serving as a Chief People Officer in the high-growth technology/digital health sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

In more recent years, transitioning into the realm of executive coaching and consulting, I established my own practice, where I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of international, public, and privately-owned companies. Some of the companies I have worked with include Capgemini and Accenture to Starbucks and AstraZeneca, my client experience encompasses industry giants and high-growth SMEs alike.
