For more than 20 years, I have worked with organisations navigating growth, transformation and change.

My career spans senior leadership, people and organisation, and advisory roles across large publicly listed organisations, multinational enterprises, high-growth scaling businesses, privately owned companies and SMEs.

Having worked both with executive leadership teams and as a trusted adviser, I bring a practical understanding of the challenges organisations face when balancing growth ambitions, organisational performance, workforce capability and business priorities.

My experience includes organisation design, people and organisation strategy, culture and change initiatives, operating model transformation, leadership development, and supporting organisations through pre- and post-acquisition integration.

An important part of my approach is informed by executive coaching, leadership assessment and behavioural insight. Combined with practical business leadership experience, these disciplines help leaders navigate complexity, strengthen decision-making, build self-awareness and lead organisations more effectively through growth and change.
